HOW TO RETURN A SHADE 

1.        Most repairs are minor and can be made at your location.  After reading this instruction sheet, please call for further instructions if needed.

2.        Shades will not be accepted without our RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER clearly marked on the box.

3.        SHADES WILL NOT BE REMADE FREE OF CHARGE UNTIL THE ORIGINAL SHADE IS RETURNED FOR INSPECTION. 

4.        Shades must be rolled up tight and wrapped securely in Kraft or newspaper then packed tightly in the box.  Do not put the shade in the box unprotected and loose.

5.        Place tape on to the paper only, not onto the shade material.  Do not use rubber bands.

6.        Place shade into original shipping box, if possible and pack firmly with packing material.  Do not allow shade to move around inside of the box.  Exposed Mylar cannot be in contact with the inside of the shipping box.

7.        Do not touch film shade without gloves or cloth over your hands. 

 

We will not be responsible for damaged film (scratches, wrinkles, tears, etc…) resulting from poor packing or handling when returning shades, even if the remakes were to be our responsibility.
